Hub Model

Set up fee: £125

Sales - keep 75% of your fee income*
Each year, the maximum you will pay as a percentage split is capped at £20,000. This cap resets each year.

Sales Licence Fee: £125 per month

Lettings - keep 50% of your fee income*

Lettings Licence Fee: £125 per month

Group marketing contribution: 2.5%

*Certain transactions are subject to minimum charges.

Independent Model

Set up fee: £4,995

Sales - keep 92.5% of your fee income*

Sales Licence Fee: £125 per month

Lettings - keep 92.5% of your fee income*

Lettings Licence Fee: £125 per month

Group marketing contribution: 2.5%

*Certain transactions are subject to minimum charges.

Other Costs

  • Branding Kit - Packages can be tailored to meet your requirements, including but not limited to boards, brochures, stationery, and merchandise.

  • Accountancy - You will need to instruct a suitably qualified accountant to prepare your accounts, and who can also assist with registering your company as an Ltd, and also for VAT.

  • The Property Ombudsman (TPOS) - All Propertynest members must be a member of TPOS.

  • Information Commissioners Office (ICO)

  • Professional Indemnity (PI) & Public Liability (PL) Insurance - Although this would be the minimum legal requirement, legal expenses and directors and officers insurance is also highly recommended.

  • AMLS registration

All our agents are required to join The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS).
